BBPC has provided utilities privatization advisory services to the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps. BBPC is currently working with the Navy and Government of Japan (GOJ) to assist with the United States Marine Corp transfer to Guam. BBPC is responsible for the creation of utility business strategies to service a planned military base with the role of structuring and facilitating GOJ debt financing for water, wastewater and power services.
