A member of the Professional Housing Management Association, Tom Cole is a resident of Annapolis, Maryland, who serves as president of BBPC & Associates. There, he provides economic impact and project development analysis to companies within the commercial and residential real estate sectors as well as the US Department of Navy and other military branches.

Tom Cole began working for the Annapolis-based firm in 1996 and since then, has completed extensive research and feasibility analysis for billions of dollars' worth of development projects. His consulting work with the Department of Navy alone has resulted in the construction of over 65,000 housing units worth over $10 billion. Other consulting projects Tom Cole has completed include a workspace efficiency life cycle analysis for Marine Corps Systems Command operations at its base in Quantico, Virginia. Also involved in the redevelopment of San Diego's Navy Broadway Complex, his firm assisted with concept development, financing opportunities, and restructuring strategies.

Mr. Cole completed a bachelor's degree in real estate at the University of Massachusetts in 1987 and later earned a master's degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University. He holds membership with numerous professional organizations, including the American Planning Association and Association of Defense Communities.
